Main Focus:
Establish a Campus Infirmary: Renovate a room in FAS to provide accessible on-campus medical care for minor health concerns, first aid, and early identification of symptoms requiring urgent medical attention.1- Digitalize student IDs: Create a digital student ID system to make campus entrance and exit more practical2- Ensure suitable study spaces for students: Renovate existing study spaces near courtyard for Bio/Chem/Phys students, and establishing study spaces in upper campus for Psyc/Cmps/Pspa students.3-Expand Cross-Campus Study Opportunities: Advocate for an arrangement allowing Psychology students to complete the required coursework for a Bachelor of Science in Psychology through a one-year study period at AUB Mediterranea campus, while completing their remaining coursework in Lebanon.4- Tuition transparency: Request a clear mapping of fund expenditure and allocation from the Board of Trustees5- Enhance the Work Study Program experience: Increase Work Study Program pay rates and maximum hours6- Decreasing student expenses: Include lab materials and equipment in tuition fees7- USFC transparency: Publish fund allocation reports, proposal progress updates, and meeting minutes8- Assistance during financial crisis: Maintain the emergency support fund to continue providing assistance to students9- Announcements before tuition increases: Communicate tuition increases ahead of course registration. Include a clear justification and an updated estimate of the semester's total cost10- Year-round financial aid: Advocate for financial aid during summer semesters11- Penalty relief during documented emergencies: Propose a clear process to waive late-payment penalties during hospitalization, bereavement, sudden loss of family income, or war12- Campus accessibility review: Run an accessibility review with students who use accommodations and identify difficult routes and inaccessible entrances13- Campus accessibility follow-through: Publish an accessible campus map and work towards making campus more accommodating14- Document, address, monitor: Submit a prioritized improvements list and report progress each semester15- Inclusivity and access to campus: Identify advanced security measures to ensure everyone is able to get into campus without discrimination16- Reporting system for AUB operations: Create a system for student applicants to report negative experiences during the admissions process
